Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using the Orionac or Bronn platforms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Bronn Inc / Orionac ("Orionac," "we," "us," or "our"), including the Bronn Platform, SalesOS, and our exam infrastructure services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our Services.
2. User Accounts & Security
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- Maintain the security of your password and identification.
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Software as a Service (SaaS) License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, Orionac grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your internal business or academic purposes.
Restrictions: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the software. You may not use the Services to build a competitive product.
4. Data Ownership & Content
Your Data: You retain all rights and ownership of the data you upload or create using our Services ("User Data"). We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service.
License to Host: You grant Orionac a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, and display your User Data solely as required to provide the Services to you.
AI Training: As outlined in our Privacy Policy, we may use anonymized and aggregated data to improve our cognitive architectures and AI models.
5. Payment and Subscription
Billing: Services are billed on a subscription basis (monthly or annually). You agree to pay all fees in accordance with your selected plan.
Refunds: As per our Operational Policy, full refunds are only available if requested within 7 days of the initial subscription.
Taxes: Fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities. You are responsible for payment of all such taxes.
6. Service Availability & SLAs
We strive for 99.9% uptime. However, we do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may perform scheduled maintenance with prior notice. In the event of a significant outage, liability is limited to the pro-rated cost of the service during the downtime.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orionac shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India (Karnataka), without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Bengaluru.
