12. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Subscription Plans: Monthly or annual plans can be canceled anytime via the dashboard. Cancellations are effective at the end of the billing cycle.
  • Refunds: Full refunds are available if requested within 7 days of initial subscription. No refunds are issued after 7 days or for partial months. For institution-level bulk licenses, refunds are subject to contractual terms.

13. Shipping and Delivery

OrionAC is a cloud-based SaaS platform. No physical goods are shipped. Upon successful registration or subscription, services are activated immediately or within 24 hours. All communication, reports, and certificates (if applicable) are delivered digitally via the user dashboard or email.
