Experience Corporate Life Before Graduation.
Built by Orionac. Trusted by institutions. Designed for the real world.
LiftUp India 2026 is a 1-year national AI upskilling initiative designed to shift India toward an AI-first engineering mindset.
The future engineer:
Mission Move students from manual coding to conceptual AI-directed engineering.
You knew the theory. But when they asked you to walk through a real product decision — there was nothing to say. No project. No experience. No answer.
No assignments. No syllabus. Just a Jira board, a standup in 10 minutes, and a sprint task with your name on it. Most freshers take 3 months just to catch up.
It had no version control. No documentation. No QA. No review cycle. Companies don't care that you built it — they care how you built it.
"You can't fix four years of college in one interview. But you can fix it in 15 days."
A fully simulated product development experience where students are assigned real roles, handed real problem statements, and evaluated exactly the way employees are — with standups, sprints, reviews, and appraisals.
Work inside a simulated tech company with real roles, daily standups, sprint tasks, and product reviews.
Develop projects using industry tools. Top performers may receive startup internship opportunities.
Compete in India's largest student buildathon — pitching to founders, engineers & judges.
Colleges choose the track that fits their students best. Every track runs inside the same 15-day corporate simulation — same sprint structure, same evaluation, different product focus.
Full-stack development with AI embedded at every layer. Students build and deploy production-ready web applications using AI copilots, automated UI generation, and backend automation tools.
ExploreFor students going deep into AI systems. Teams build LLM-powered features, autonomous task pipelines, multi-agent systems, and RAG applications that solve real business problems.
ExploreRapid MVP development using AI, no-code and low-code hybrid systems, and SaaS product building. Built for students who want to think like founders, not just engineers.
ExploreData pipelines, real-time analytics dashboards, vector databases, and AI microservices. For students who want to work at the intersection of data and production AI systems.
ExploreNot sure which track fits your institution? Our team will help you map the right track to your students' stream and goals.
"Partnering with Orionac has been a game-changer for Sparkles. The talent coming out of their Buildathon doesn't just write code; they understand product engineering. Their students hit the ground running with a day-one industry mindset that is incredibly rare. LiftUp is exactly what the Indian tech ecosystem needs to bridge the gap between education and execution."

You understand the theory. But when interviewers ask how you would make a real product decision, it can be difficult without hands-on exposure. Practical experience bridges that gap.
Instead of assignments and exams, you work with tools, teams, and deadlines. Understanding workflows like sprint planning, collaboration, and product tasks helps students transition smoothly into real industry environments.
Companies value not only what you build, but how you build it — documentation, version control, testing, and collaboration. Learning these practices makes projects truly industry-ready.
"Turn four years of learning into day-one industry readiness in 15 days."
Our talent pool is accessed by companies looking for engineers who already know how to ship.
A national competition in four stages. Open to all students — cohort graduates get one advantage at entry.
Explore the Buildathon DetailsNo. LiftUp is designed for students at all levels. What matters is your willingness to show up, take ownership, and deliver — not your existing skill level.
LiftUp is open to all UG and PG students. 2nd and 3rd year students tend to benefit the most, but final year students are equally welcome.
You'll work on 2 structured product projects with a real team, real roles, and real sprint cycles. These are resume-ready, documented projects — not college assignments.
Yes. Every student who completes the program receives an official Orionac Industry Simulation Certificate. Top performers receive additional recognition.
An internship puts you in one role in one company. LiftUp simulates an entire product team — you experience multiple roles, real delivery pressure, and corporate-style appraisal in 15 days.
You enter the LiftUp Startup Talent Pool. Top performers get access to paid internship opportunities, startup referrals, and founder network visibility. You also get priority review in Phase 1 of the Grand Buildathon.
No. Tool onboarding happens on Day 1. You'll be trained on 20+ industry tools as part of the program itself.
15 days, conducted entirely on campus. Orionac sends 2 on-site trainers and provides 1 senior simulation manager for online oversight.
A computer lab, seminar hall, student laptops, a writing or smart board, and stable internet. That's it — Orionac handles everything else.
30 to 40 students per cohort for the best simulation experience.
Yes. The curriculum is dynamically designed and can be adapted to your institution's academic stream and specialization.
Students leave with documented, resume-ready projects, corporate workflow experience, and entry into the LiftUp Startup Talent Pool — all of which directly strengthen placement readiness before final year.
Dr. K. C. Ganesh, Senior Manager R&D at AVTEC Limited with a PhD from NIT Trichy, conducts corporate-style review meetings, assigns strategic deliverables, and evaluates students the way a senior industry professional would.
Students who have completed sprint-based product development, used 20+ industry tools, worked in defined roles, and been evaluated through corporate-style appraisals. They arrive trained, not raw.
You get early access to shortlisted students before they apply anywhere else. No job board, no middleman — direct pipeline from LiftUp to your team.
At the entry level, just a letter of commitment and your logo on the platform. You review profiles only when we send them — no obligation to hire.
Yes. Founders on the jury panel get direct visibility into the top-performing student teams, first-look access to the products built, and recognition as part of India's largest AI-first student buildathon.
Each cohort runs 30 to 40 students. You receive only the shortlisted top performers — pre-filtered by performance, not just participation.
Cohort dates are announced on a rolling basis. Apply or register your interest and you'll be notified as soon as the next batch is confirmed.
Pricing is shared during the application and onboarding process based on institution and cohort type. Reach out to support@orionac.in for details.
